Mystery Sauce at La Victoria Taqueria

Nothing is better than a little mystery when traveling to a new place. One little mystery that has been keeping locals and tourists stumped is what is in the orange salsa at La Victoria Taqueria. Its consistency is that of a rich ranch dressing but the sherbert colored orange has been leaving many people questioning; what is it made out of? The current belief is that it may be made of chorizo grease and sour cream. However, the rich garlic maybe overpowering and the large following from other mystery sauce lovers has added to its popularity but heightened the riddle into it’s contents. Whatever the belief it is definitely worth the pour if you can handle a little spice.
